Product Management Recruiting

A bad hire can cost you 30% of that person’s first years salary. However, the cost is measured in more than just dollars, it’s measured in lost time and productivity for the hiring team.

I work with organizations to help place the right product manager for your unique needs.

Unlike a traditional recruiter, I act as part of your hiring team by:

  1. Helping you draft the perfect job description designed to attract the right candidates.
  2. Source candidates from my network of product managers.
  3. Conduct the first stage screening interviews so only the best product management candidates reach your team

In some engagements, I’ve facilitated the interview process to help move the candidate through your hiring process.

Product Workshops

Are you stuck figuring out the right product to build? Are you building an MVP and are trying to figure out the best way to validate it?

I conduct business model and Lean Startup workshops that help ensure that you are building the right product for the business and the customer.
